The Honey Flow...

In the Spring when all of nature starts to bloom and the bees are busy doing there thing, is called the honey flow.  Kerry certainly has captured that in her beautiful and vibrant design.

A few close up looks....as yet the quilt is unbound....but I had fun helping Kerry pick out the binding at Elaine's quilt block where are group meets.

The pattern will soon be available at Kerry Stitch Designs.

I'm hoping for some uninterrupted time in my sewing room today.  I have been so well intentioned and then I keep getting side tracked with baby calls that I end up getting nothing accomplished.  The little family is now home and getting familiar with their new life.  Their black lab named Mia gave the baby a good all over sniff, gave him a lick and moved on to take her own nap......Have a splendid week end everyone.

"Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth finds reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.  There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature - - the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter."
